Podshop Studios Is Opening a Second Shoreditch Space - and It’s a Video Podcasting Dream

If you’ve tried booking a podcast studio in London recently, you’ll know: demand is high, and quality spaces get snapped up fast. That’s especially true for video-first recording. But good news - our friends over at Podshop Studios are expanding, and their brand-new location in Shoreditch is set to open this September.

After a packed-out first year at their flagship Worship Street studio (with bookings from big names like BBC Sounds, Sony and The Times), Podshop is levelling up with a second podcasting hub just down the road. The new Clifton Street space opens September 29th, and it’s built from the ground up for creators who want their audio to look as good as it sounds.

The space features four professionally designed studios, all set up for broadcast-quality video recording - think acoustically treated rooms, top-tier kit, and enough character to feel comfortable in, without taking focus away from your show. And if you're quick, there's 10% off pre-bookings for studios 4 and 5.

“Audiences don’t just want to listen anymore — they want to watch,” says founder Spike O’Connell. “We designed Clifton Street for that shift. It’s all high-end gear, soundproofing, and a vibe that feels more like a creative hangout than a corporate box.”

Podshop’s philosophy is simple: creators shouldn’t have to stress about tech. Just walk in, hit record, and focus on making something brilliant. That approach has earned them a reputation for stylish, smartly engineered spaces - with a client list that ranges from indie shows to national broadcasters.

📍 Where to find them:

  • Worship Street (flagship studio)

  • Clifton Street (new — opening Sept 29)
